Ingredients
¼ cup Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce
8 ounces raw salmon, diced
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced for serving
1 cucumber, sliced for serving
½ cup chopped cilantro leaves for garnishing
Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce
½ cup light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp hot sauce
Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, add Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce to the diced salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Stir green onions and sesame seeds into the salmon.
3. Divide rice between 2 serving bowls and top with salmon. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
